Pretty standard and modern hotel that has efficient staff at all times. It has a lot of meals to offer, the food is GOOD. When I am in Cardiff, I like staying here.

Nice talkative staff that were very helpful.
There was only one fault. The room was not made up automatically during day. 'Do not disturb' signs traditionally stop the maid coming in. I've never before had to use the reverse of a 'do not disturb' sign to have to ask the maid in. Surely its inclusive for 3star hotels. What is the point of a 'do not disturb' sign in the first place if nobody comes into the room anyway?!

Rooms sit in a central location with easy access to transport and local attractions. Spacious with amenities like a safe for valuables and a full-length mirror, ideal for a quick freshen-up before heading out.
A lack of on-site parking proved inconvenient, with the nearest recommended lot unexpectedly closed, leaving me scrambling to find a spot after a long drive. Room decor felt outdated, and there were noticeable stains on the linens, which detracted from the experience. Breakfast didn't meet expectations, offering a limited selection, with undercooked eggs and questionable milk quality. Some bulbs provided mixed lighting in the room.

Good standard and modern hotel, I liked very good breakfast!
Booked a room with perfect views, and the staff were lovely friendly and amicable people at all times. Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave, I would like to come again.

The view from standard queen room was perfect. A bath in the brilliant bathroom was super awesome. The location of the hotel was central, just off the centre and Cardiff and restaurant. Cardiff Centre district was worth staying in.

I thought this was a fantastic hotel when considering the price, location (right next to train station and at the top of St. Mary Street, right in the centre of town) and parking right next door (with a discount given by the hotel). Everything is brand new, staff are helpful and friendly and wifi was free and fabulously fast and reliable. Would definitely consider this hotel again if I'm in the area!
Housekeeping were not the best. They were noisy, didn't seem to be really concerned with their job, on the odd day forgot to refill tea/coffee supplies and threw away empty shopping bags that I had folded and stacked on the desk away from the rubbish bin, ready to pack my shoes in for the trip back to Hong Kong.

Amazing hotel, free wifi that's not a pain to log into, close to the central rail station (less then a minutes walk), tons of shopping, and the staff is very friendly.
